Releasing the Emotion:
Using a magnet, swipe up and down 10 times (see video).

hile swiping, say:
     I’m RELEASING this Creative Insecurity causing my procrastination
     I’m RELEASING this Dread causing my procrastination and dread
Some of you may feel the release of the emotion. Ideally, you will observe any changes that will prove you’ve deleted the block to getting things done.
